VdK counselling is provided on all social topics with a focus on pension, health, long-term care, unemployment and accident insurance, rehabilitation, disability law, social and elderly care and social compensation. Counselling is open, free of charge and neutral, i.e. independent of membership. Competent VdK employees help with the filing of applications and forms.
